Big Bet Means Big Fun

This is the end result of this years Big Bet campaign. Every year Guaranty's owners (the Nills, father and son) make a wager about who will win the Oregon State (OSU) vs University of Oregon (UO) football game. Shannon, the son went to OSU and his father went to UO. So this year the bet was that the looser would get a tattoo dedicated to the winners Alma Mater. Shannon lost, and so he had to get the Ducks mascot tattooed on his arm.

PAC 12 or Bust!

So I have two plotters that I run almost continuously. One at work and one at home. Work purchased me one because they saw a benefit to being able to create large decals on short notice. I can't say I blame them and it was I that suggested it. Anyways, here is a coach that I decorated with all manner of Duck symbols. I purchased about 20 yards of yellow and green vinyl and just went to town. To the right is a photo of myself on a scaffold behind the rig. I am adhering a helmet. Eggie Goes to College GameDay

When I go out and make these Eggie appearances my primary responsibility is to engage the crowd around me and to try. I try to keep my energy levels high and our primary goal is to have some positive interactions with the people we encounter. GameDay (11/17/12) was packed. There was no way to score a picture with the Duck as he crowd surfed, road a Harley and that was just fine with me. Being that this was a University of Oregon related function I figured we should keep somewhat of a low profile. I also can’t cut through crowds easily in the suit. We started passing out SWAG and working the out rim of the massive crowd. The hardhat featured below was given to me at Extreme Makeover : Home Edition.
